Supplement SafetyOps is software used by merchants who sell dietary supplements to receive, investigate and report product-safety complaints and adverse events. It helps a merchant meet obligations that already apply to them — including receiving consumer complaints, investigating product-quality problems, reporting serious adverse events within 15 business days, and retaining records for six years.
We do not make regulatory decisions. Every determination about seriousness, reportability and submission is made by a trained person at the merchant. We prepare the evidence and manage the process — the merchant decides and submits.
The product is designed primarily for United States dietary-supplement brands and US FDA workflows.
